Rapidscan Boxoffice setup

The RapidScan Box Office app works on iPhone or iPad. It processes cash, card and Apple Pay (via iZettle), and prints tickets and receipts.

Below is a list of the hardware that that the app requires for you to have a fully functioning box office system.

We also offer a complete kit for hire, including an iPad Air, Bluetooth contactless card reader, receipt and ticket printer and cash drawer. All packaged in an event-proof, waterproof flightcase. Rental cost is £200 per event.

 
 
 

iPad / iPhone

To sell tickets in person, download the RapidScan app for iPhone or iPad. We recommend using an iPad if you can, as the interface is easier to use. You'll need version 1.4 of the app or above.

* The Box Office functionality is not currently available for Android devices.
