Skiddle is a primary ticket outlet, offering you a full ticketing service with the latest technology. Selling your tickets online has never been easier, just select the option when adding your event.
We charge no setup, transaction or billing fees to you. You don't pay a penny to sell tickets through Skiddle. Beware of other outlets who offer a 'free' solution but ask you to cover the credit card processing fees, which can add up to nearly 4% of your ticket turnover!
Low ticket fees with card processing included
Our usual booking fees are 10% of the face value + 25p. For high value tickets, we can reduce our fees, so give us a call. This fee is usually paid by the customer, so there's no charge to you. You can opt to pay this yourself instead if you wish. Our fees include card processing, customer service and fraud protection, so there's no additional charges to surprise you. If your tickets are free-of-charge, we don't add any fees at all.
If you prefer, you can also process funds through your own Stripe account, so you get paid directly within a few days.
White Label Box Office
We can build you a white-labelled box office, offering a full ticketing website for your event, customised to fit your branding. The box office includes an event page, latest news, artist profiles and ticket checkout.
Sell on your website
By adding a couple of lines of code to your own website, you can have a ticket box with up-to-date event information and ticket availability. Everything updates automatically, with new tickets appearing instantly and sold out tickets updating in real-time.
RapidScan barcoded tickets and physical posted tickets
We offer traditional posted tickets, paperless eTickets delivered instantly to the customer's inbox and our cutting edge RapidScan barcoded entry tickets. Whether you're selling 10 or 100,000 tickets, we have a solution to perfectly suit your needs. Charges may apply for some delivery methods to cover our additional costs.
Reps system to manage your ticket sellers
Reduce the risk of trusting reps with physical tickets and cash! Recruit ticket reps online, then issue them with a trackable code. All sales are automatically tracked, and each ticket reps has their own account to track sales and rewards. We handle payouts for you automatically.
Charity donations
At the checkout, customers can opt to donate £1 to a nominated charity. It's one of the ways we like to help others.
