Category: Expert AdviceTo access customer data, such as contact information (including email address) and order details, please use our Analyse area.
- Visit the Analyse Area within the Promotion Centre
- Click the 'All customer data' report
- You can then filter which data to show, either by event, or by date ranges
- A summary of the information is shown on screen, to access more detailed data, please click the CSV link to download as a CSV file which can be opened in all spreadsheet programs (such as Microsoft Excel)
Please note, this information is designed for post-event analysis and mailing lists, etc. If you wish to access customer information for ticket collections, etc please use the 'Print' icon on the tickets overview page for an optimised list.
