Category: Selling tickets onlineFrom the dashboard in the Promotion Centre, head to the ‘Sell Tickets’ tab, and from there scroll down and select ‘View My Tickets’.
This Ticket Overview screen is the best place to keep track of all your sales, and importantly where you can get all your customer lists from. Head to the event you would like to get the ticket list from, click ‘Customer Lists’ and from there you can select the format you would like to download your customer list in.
If you are simply looking for the names, hit the ‘Print RapidScan Backup List’ which will then bring up a web image of your customer list. From here you can right click and select print if you wish.
If you wanted to extract the barcode data however, or get your customer list in spreadsheet compatible format (csv), select the ‘generic csv’ link which will then download the data to your hard drive. Txt formats are also available.
