Category: Social MediaIf you have correctly linked your Skiddle event to your Facebook event, we will sync your attendees every 24 hours. If your event has over 10,000 attendees, we will sync your list every 36 hours.
You can check the sync status from your Publish to Facebook page. If the status indicates that the sync has taken place, but you're not seeing the expected number of attendees, please check the following:
- Your Facebook event privacy must be set to OPEN. We cannot sync attendees from private events.
- Check your event age restrictions. Facebook can limit the attendees returned to our system if an age limit is set
- Ensure you've linked the correct event to your Skiddle event. To prevent abuse we conduct several checks to ensure the events match
One you have corrected the above info, please wait until the next sync completes to see if the attendees update.
